Before you list.

What does it cost to sell?
Listing is free and so is pickup. A small service fee comes out only when your item sells, and the exact amount is shown before you publish and on every offer.
When do I get paid?
After the buyer confirms pickup with their one-time code. Payouts go to your bank through our secure payment partner; you connect it once from Profile → Payouts.
What if the buyer never shows?
Nothing is lost. Either side can cancel before pickup; the buyer is refunded and your listing goes straight back on the market.
Can I sell without Smart Sell?
Of course. Smart Sell is optional per listing. You can always manage offers yourself, or pause Smart Sell and take over mid-negotiation.
What can’t I sell?
Weapons, alcohol, drugs or paraphernalia, prescription medication, counterfeit or recalled goods, and anything illegal to sell in your state.
